Andy Scott is a Real Estate Development Consultant working with Summerfield Villages since 2017. Andy spent over 22 years working for the City of Greensboro in various roles. Most recently, he held the position as Assistant City Manager for Economic Development.   

Andy graduated with a BA in Urban Studies from Rhodes College and is a Graduate in Real Estate from Georgia State University. 

 Andy brings a wealth of knowledge to our team ranging from community development, economic development, political strategist and housing development. 

 Andy is involved in Professional Organizations and Memberships including Urban Land Institute, Congress for the New Urbanism

Civic Involvement, Greensboro Housing Development Partnership President, Boy Scouts of America, so Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Board Habitat for Humanity, Board Greensboro Day School, Board of Nussbaum Center and Former Greensboro Board Member BB&T.
